HD9 Docs offers fine art photography printed to order. These terms apply to purchases from this store, together with our shipping policy, return and refund policy, and privacy policy.

Products and ordering

Please review the artwork, size, material, finish, frame choice, delivery address, and total at checkout before placing an order. Listed artwork sizes refer to the print size unless the product page states otherwise; framing may increase the overall dimensions.

We aim to show artwork accurately. Screen settings, lighting, and the selected print material can affect appearance. Room mockups are illustrative and are not a guarantee of scale. These differences do not excuse a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.

Payment and fulfillment

Product prices, currency, shipping charges, and applicable taxes are shown before payment. Prints are produced and shipped by WHCC. HD9 Docs mails the story and print cards separately within three business days of the order.

Changes, returns, and assistance

Orders move automatically to our print partner. Contact us immediately to request a change or cancellation; requests cannot be guaranteed once production begins. Our return and refund policy explains assistance for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

Artwork rights

Purchasing a print gives you ownership of that physical print. Copyright and reproduction rights remain with the artist. The purchase does not grant a license to reproduce, scan for redistribution, or use the artwork commercially.
