Shipping policy

Made to order

HD9 Docs artwork is printed to order and shipped directly by White House Custom Colour (WHCC) in the United States. Production time is separate from shipping time and varies by material, finishing, and availability. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees.

Shipping options

Available destinations and shipping charges are displayed at checkout before payment. Standard shipping is currently offered for U.S. orders. Expedited shipping is not currently available through our print fulfillment service.

Story and print cards

HD9 Docs mails your story card and print card separately within three business days of your order. These cards are sent separately from the artwork and may arrive on a different day. This mailing timeframe applies to the cards, not to production or delivery of the artwork.
